37 years ago, I started farming cattle.

My goal was to leverage the unique characteristics of the soil of Prince Edward Island to produce exceptional beef. Farming on an island is a rewarding experience as one can use to their advantage the special soil composition as well as resources coming straight from the sea to reach a spectacular effect on the quality of the grass fed to the cattle. Inspired by methods of farming from New Zealand, whose farmers benefit from a soil of exceptional quality for cattle, I have achieved my goal of producing high-quality meat that I've sold locally for many decades.
